Welcome to the Sun Peaks Mountain Academy

The Sun Peaks Mountain Academy (SPMA) is operated by the non-profit Sun Peaks Education Society and offers an innovative blended learning model to students in Grades 10 through 12 in a unique mountain setting.  The SPMA values educational excellence, global stewardship and healthy outdoor lifestyles. This community driven educational program offers a public education in a private facility.  School District 73 Kamloops Open Online Learning @KOOL offers the B.C curriculum supported by @Kool teaching staff and the Sun Peaks Education Society’s classroom facilitator teacher(s).
